01 About this policy

This website is operated by WonWin Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (汪汪创新科技（深圳）有限公司, “WonWin”). This policy covers the company website, English pages and management-platform Demo at wonwini.com and its www address. Separate products or services may have their own terms.

02 Information and purposes

Website delivery and security

Our servers receive network connection information to deliver pages, images and video. Hosting, network and security logs may contain IP addresses, request times, requested paths and browser information to deliver content, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. This processing is separate from basic page-view counting; turning analytics off does not stop processing necessary to operate the website.

Basic page-view counts

A same-origin endpoint counts page views to help us understand which content is used. Counting is on by default on both Chinese and English pages, without an analytics consent pop-up. You can turn it off in Privacy settings. The analytics database stores only:

• The calendar date and hour in Beijing time;
• A page category: Chinese home /, English home /en/ or the Demo entrance /demo/;
• The accumulated number of views for that date or hour and page.

Opening or reloading one of these pages adds at most one count when the page is visible and counting is enabled. A visit to the Demo entrance counts even before its use notice is accepted. Administrator and privacy-policy pages are not counted. Page views are not unique people: we do not identify returning visitors or build individual browsing histories.

Basic counting creates no visitor identifier, analytics cookie or browser fingerprint. It does not store individual visit timestamps, IP addresses, user-agent strings, referring sites or device details in the analytics database, or upload content entered in the Demo. Network delivery and security logs are handled separately as explained above. We use no advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools.

No further counts are sent when you turn counting off, or when a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is detected. Existing totals have no visitor-level association, so an individual's contributions cannot be located or subtracted.

Browser storage and administrator sign-in

Privacy preference

Local storage keeps a non-unique on/off preference and the time you set it, not a visitor identifier. It is valid for 180 days. On your next visit after expiry, it is removed and counting returns to its default on state; DNT/GPC controls still take priority. A valid earlier opt-out remains effective. Clearing site data also removes this preference.

Demo entry confirmation

You must actively read and accept the Demo use notice and privacy information before the interface loads. Declining returns you to the website. This acknowledgement is separate from analytics: you can enter with counting off. The current tab's session storage keeps only the accepted notice version, not a personal identifier. Confirmation is needed again after the session ends or you withdraw it.

Demo data

Dog profiles and sample records you edit remain in your browser's local storage and are not uploaded to the analytics backend. If browser storage is blocked or full, edits remain available only for the current page and may be lost when you leave or reload. Use the Demo reset function to restore sample data, or clear this site's browser data. Do not enter real sensitive personal information, operational records or confidential material.

Administrator session

Only signed-in administrators receive a necessary sign-in cookie, lasting up to eight hours and cleared on logout. In production it uses HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite protections. Visitors do not need an administrator account to browse the website.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact us by WeChat or phone, you may provide a name, contact details and the content of your enquiry. We use this information as needed to reply, discuss business and meet related obligations. The website itself has no enquiry form requiring you to submit these details.

03 Retention and protection

The website is hosted on Tencent Cloud servers in mainland China. Information kept by the website's servers is stored in mainland China. We do not currently arrange transfers outside mainland China for this site's visit analytics.

Daily and hourly page-view totals are kept for the most recent 30 days and cleared regularly. Retention for browser preferences, Demo entry confirmation, Demo data and administrator cookies is described above. Operational and security logs, and business contact information, are kept for the shortest period necessary for their purposes, or for a different period where required by applicable law.

We use measures including HTTPS, restricted administrative access and session protections to reduce unauthorised access. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. If a personal-information security issue occurs, we will take measures to address it and notify affected people when required by applicable law.

04 Providers and external links

Tencent Cloud supplies hosting and necessary infrastructure and may process information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or share visit analytics for advertising.

Videos are served as files from this website, not through embedded third-party players. Simply displaying a QR code does not submit your information to WeChat. When you choose to scan a code, add a WeChat contact, make a phone call or open an Amap link, you use the relevant third-party service, whose own rules and privacy policy apply.

We may provide information to competent authorities where legally required, within the scope of the request. If we introduce other purposes or recipients, we will update the notice and obtain further consent where needed.

05 Your choices and rights

You can turn basic counting off at any time using Manage privacy choices on this page or in the footer. This stops future counts but does not subtract views already counted. The database has no visitor identifiers or individual visit records with which to locate a person's contribution to a total.

The Demo use notice can be reopened from the Demo page to review it or withdraw entry confirmation. Withdrawal closes the interface, but does not automatically delete Demo data already stored in your browser. You can first use the reset function, or clear this site's browser data.

You can also clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser. This may remove your Demo edits and saved preferences and restore counting to its default on state (DNT/GPC still take priority). Clearing browser data does not delete server security logs or accumulated totals.

To request access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion or restriction of personal information we hold about you, or an explanation of this policy, contact Mr He. We will respond promptly and verify requests only as necessary. Where a request concerns totals that cannot be linked to an individual, we will explain the practical limitation. You may also raise concerns with the relevant authority as provided by law.

06 Children

This website is intended primarily for adult product enquiries and business contacts. We do not seek to collect children's personal information. Minors should not submit sensitive personal information in the Demo or enquiries. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request appropriate action.

07 Policy updates

We will update this page and its date when website features or information practices change, and provide a notice on the website for important changes. Where a change requires renewed consent, we will ask for your choice again.
